Registration
A regular paid registration includes the following privilege:
n Attendance in Congress Meetings
n Welcome Reception
n Farewell Banquet*
n Coffee Breaks
n Proceedings
n Conference Backpack and other conference materials
-- Expenses such as accommodation, meals and other activities are not
included in regular registration.
-- Deadline for early registration and payment: June 22, 2002.
-- Handling charge will be added for on-site registration.

Please present your student ID with your confirmation letter to the Registration Desk before picking up your conference pack.

Student registration fees does not include farewell banquet. Additional banquet
tickets can be purchased at the price of NT$1,800 each.

Note: Our conference site near the campus of Taiwan National University. The following lunch alternative are also available:

Confirmation
Registration
is valid upon receipt of a confirmation letter from the Secretariat. Please
present this confirmation letter at the registration counter to receive your
congress pack.
Cancellation Policy:
The
Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. Please send hard
copy to the Secretariat or fax your letter to: +886-2-2788-1638. An e-mail copy
can be sent simultaneously to ensure timely notification.
For cancellations received before 6/22, fees are fully
refundable minus a 10 % handling fee.
For cancellations received between 6/23-8/1, 50% of the fees are
refundable.
Cancellations received after 8/1, fees
are not refundable. However, a set of proceedings will be sent after the
conference.
All refund
will be processed after the meeting is over.
Payment Policy:
Pre-registration payment must be made by June 30
to receive the pre-registration special rate. Any late payment will be
recalculated at the regular registration rate. A payment is made if and only if
the payment
1) has already been remitted through Taiwan Post Office, OR
2) has already been transferred from your local bank and the transfer
information sent to COLING2002 secretariat, OR
3) has beem made by valid credit card by faxing the signed payment
form to COLING secretariat.
