Please prepare the final version of your paper for publication and send it in pdf- (readable in Acrobat Reader v. 5.0) and PostScript-format to the local organizer tsengsc@gate.sinica.edu.tw. While submitting your paper electronically, please indicate COLING 2002-#YOUR PAPER ID# (e.g. COLING 2002-paper444) in your mail subject line. If there is any special printing instruction (such as format, fonts), please send a separate email.

Permission to Publish:
Please complete and sign a Permission to Publish and send it to the local organizer
